Chesapeake, VA – Jeffrey Smith, MD and Jennifer Ladaveze, FNP, have been our Partners in Care for several years. Now for the first time, this pair will be caring for residents in a Virginia-based Assisted Living and Memory Care community that just opened its doors.
A bit more about the team:
Dr. Smith – a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, he specializes in geriatrics and emergency medicine.
Jennifer Ladaveze – she earned her Master’s in Nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Jennifer specializes in family medicine and cardiology.
Together, this team will work on-site with our assisted living community partners to help residents stay active and healthy.
