Fredericksburg, Va – From Michigan to Mexico and other locations in between, Dr. Stacey Goldfine, DO, has created healthy communities across the globe for more than 20 years.
We’re delighted that she’s recently joined Legacy Care as a Medical Director for a Northern Virginia assisted living and long-term care community.
Dr. Goldfine specializes in Family and Internal Medicine. She’s delivered care to patients in a variety of urban and rural healthcare settings, including large healthcare systems, primary care practices, urgent care centers and more.
Her international healthcare experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Family & Community Medicine in Yucatan, Mexico for Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine & Institute of Global Health.
No matter what the healthcare setting or location is, there is a commonality Dr. Goldfine has observed. “It’s all about the patient, and building relationships,” she said.
As Medical Director, she often rounds with a popular partner – Luna, her Alaskan miniature Huskie. Her holistic approach to medicine also can be traced to her expertise as a “Yogi,” for she has been a certified yoga instructor since 2014.
Dr. Goldfine earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Kansas City University Park Lane Medical Center where she earned Intern of the Year. Prior to medical school, she earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
When away from her patients, Dr. Goldfine likes to golf, paddleboard, play piano and enjoy the great outdoors with her family and friends.
