Williamsburg, VA – Legacy Care congratulates Partners in Care, Philip Boulanger, MD and nurse practioner Helen Burrell, NP. Dr. Boulanger was named medical director, and together with Helen will deliver care to residents at Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg in Virginia.
Dr. Boulanger has devoted his career to patient care for more than two decades. Specializing in geriatrics, Dr. Boulanger is a primary care provider dedicated to residents of assisted living and independent living communities. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his Medical Degree from University of Illinois.
Helen is a family nurse practitioner who chose her profession based on her compassion for others and goal to better the lives of every patient she encounters. She graduated as a family nurse practitioner from Hampton Rhodes University. Additionally, Helen served as a U.S. Navy Reservist.
