Virginia Beach, Va. – Laura Thompson was recently promoted to Director of Provider Compensation. In this role, she is leading compensation work flow processes in partnership with our finance and operations teams.
Laura began her career in finance, working as an accountant for an international manufacturing firm. She then served as Controller for a market research company with both national and international clients. Laura also worked as a State of Virginia tax representative and managerial accountant that included a heavy focus on human resources. She joined Legacy Care in 2017.
A graduate of Florida State University – College of Business, Laura earned a bachelor’s of science in Accounting.
