Charlottesville, Va – A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Charlottesville has selected a nurse practitioner from Legacy Care to deliver psychiatry and mental health support to its patients.
Danielle Free, PMHNP-BC, has joined the team, and will collaborate with her clinical and administrative Partners in Care to serve patients and their families. Danielle is a nurse practitioner who has devoted more 12 years to patient care. She specializes in psychiatry and mental health for patients, many of whom have complex, chronic health conditions
Danielle received her advanced nursing and undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia. Additionally, throughout her career, Danielle has been the recipient of several leadership awards for mentorship and education.
