Virginia Beach, Va — Our new Senior Medical Recruiter Tony Matranga has always been interested in the sciences.
It’s no surprise he has dedicated his career to working in healthcare recruiting, connecting experienced clinicians to opportunities in healthcare systems and private practices.
His penchant for healthcare can be traced back to his undergraduate studies. Tony earned his undergraduate degree in Geology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
While he enjoyed working in the geology field in remote places where Tony says, “horses had the right away,” healthcare is his calling.
“I am looking forward to contributing to Legacy Care’s mission to provide quality care for our communities,” Tony said.
When away from work, Tony enjoys anything outdoors, including hiking, boating, camping and cheering on his beloved Cubs baseball team.
