Dr. Nataly Montes-Chinea is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where she graduated with honors. Following that, she completed a neuromuscular fellowship at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Additionally, she was a part of a research team when interning at the Mayo Clinic. 

Dr. John Carbon is a physiatrist practicing in an Inpatient Acute Rehab Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to his current job, he was a medical director for seven years, had his own practice and did interventional work. He received his medical degree from the University of New England’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. At Johns Hopkins University, he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. In 2017, Dr. John Carbon received an award in the Rhode Island Monthly for Top Doctors in the category of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation. 

Host:

Dr. Paul Johnstone is a family medicine physician based in Virginia Beach. He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been in practice for twenty-seven years and a partner in care with Legacy Care since 2016. He spent the majority of his career as an active duty physician in the United States Navy. During his Navy service, he cared for families on military bases in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Following his time in the Navy, Dr. Johnstone practiced as a medical director for a continuing care retirement community.
