Legacy Care Joins Saber Healthcare Group Family Night Event
Suffolk, Va – Legacy Care was part of a very special Family Night spaghetti supper hosted at Saber Healthcare Group’s Autumn Care of Suffolk in Virginia.
Families and patients were treated to an evening of good food, good information and open communication with the skilled nursing facility’s caregivers and staff.
Nutritionists, therapists, nursing and other vital team members were in attendance. Legacy Care medical director Candance Hughes, MD, works with this expert team, together delivering exceptional patient care.
We’re grateful to be part of a wide group of experts and caregivers, all focused on ensuring patients in this community receive compassionate care, every day.
